- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Got an insurance check from USAA. I had MYCU call USAA to verify that the check was good. USAA cleared the check and MYCU still wouldn't release the funds. They tell you funds will be available on a certain day and time and that's not the case. Having to pay for rental three extra days because they will not release my funds.By Erica Breaux, May 19, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I tried to reach Ryan Smith today. If he did not want to speak with me he should have told his assistant Katie that. Instead they let me sit on hold for 20 minutes and hung up on me. When I called back another lady answer the phone and started asking more questions. That is extremely unprofessional and I would never do business with this company after that.
