- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Awful experience. Regina couldn't be bothered to help me. She was not friendly. She told me what I was wanting was based off income and length at residence. She then pulled my credit without asking me, and that put a hard inquiry on my report. I asked for a savings account as well, but when she saw my credit report and that I was denied for the loan, she was done. She was very snobbish and acted like she could care less if I wanted to do business with them. Do not waste time here, because they will surely not want to "waste" their time with you. I am so disappointed and shocked by the lack of customer service by Regina. I was told she was great and that she would be the one to see. She had an AWFUL attitude and that reflects on EECU.
